Further discussion: Acting Chairperson Brauer stated the applicant has a request that basically <br />meets the guidelines in terms of granting a variance, and he does -not see that they should <br />overcomplicate this. Civil Engineer II Linton pointed out that paragraph 3 in the resolution <br />addresses the concern and states "...no further building permits for additional residential <br />structures will be issued until such time as the Subject Property is replatted in accordance with <br />City Code and access is provided via a public road improved to City standards." <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Acting Chairperson Brauer, Board Members Cleveland, Levine, <br />Hunt, and Trites Rolle. Voting No: None. Abstain: Chairperson Nixt.
