Nelson <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />Associate Planner Amy Geisler <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Police Chief James Way <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Mark Riverblood <br />Public Works Supervisor Grant Reimer <br />Environmental Coordinator Chris Anderson <br />Management Intern Timothy Gladhill <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Elvig called the regular meeting ofthe Ramsey City Council to order at 7:05 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Councilmember Jeffrey. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />City Towing Contract <br /> <br />Mr. Robert Bowtan, local business owner of CTI located at 14300 Sunfish Lake Boulevard, <br />stated he is present regarding the towing contract included on the consent agenda. His company <br />was contracted a few years back by Chief Gustafson who told him things were not working out <br />with Northstar Towing. His company towed for the City for approximately three years. To his <br />knowledge, there was a complaint, which was a mix-up between a couple of vehicles of the same <br />make and model.
