<br />tL <br />--- <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />Topic Report: Hwy. 10 RALF Acquisition <br />Priorities <br />By: Heidi Nelson, Interim City Administrator, <br />Brian Olson, Public Works Director <br /> <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At the April 24th Work Session, staff updated the City Council 'on the status of Highway <br />10 property acquisitions through the RALF (Right-of-way Acquisition Loan Fund) <br />program. Staff provided the City Council a draft policy regarding the City's priorities in <br />purchasing properties in the future Hwy. 10 corridor. <br /> <br />Due to time constraints, discussion on the topic was limited. Staff would like to continue <br />the discussion about acquisition priorities, including business hardship issues. Staff <br />would also like to discuss the impact of property management in this corridor to the <br />City's resources. <br /> <br />Staff requests that Council brings the TH I 0 Official Mapping book for reference during <br />the discussion that was provided during the April 24th Work Session. <br /> <br />Action Statement: <br /> <br />Will be based on discussion. <br /> <br />CCWS: <br /> <br />05/15//07 <br />
