<br />c.,.6 <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-05-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CASH DISBURSEMENTS MADE AND AUTHORIZING <br />PAYMENT OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE INVOICING RECEIVED DURING THE <br />PERIOD OF MAY 3, 2007 THROUGH MAY 16, 2007. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey Finance Department has made cash disbursements and <br />received accounts payable invoicing during the period of May 3, 2007 through May 16, 2007, in <br />the amount of$815,376.09, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey is required to authorize payment for <br />, all disbursement transactions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the cash disbursements made and <br />authorizes payment of the accounts payable invoices as detailed in the attached Bills List <br />for the period May 3,2007, through May 16, 2007, in the amount of$815,376.09. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey CIty Council <br />this the 22nd day of May 2007. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />-9- <br />
