These funds would be used to hire a planning consultant for a two-fold purpose: <br />to update the transportation/transit and parks/trails portion of our Comprehensive Plan to put a stronger <br />emphasis onwalking, biking, and multi-modal transportation, and to conduct land use planning and facility <br />improvement planning for the portion of Ramsey that abuts the Mississippi River.
