I I I RESOLUTION #03-O1-XXX RESOLUTION FOR 2003 COUNCIL ORGANIZATION NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City of Ramsey's official newspapers are as follows: a) Anoka County Union - official newspaper of the City in which all legal notices, vacancies, advertisements, etc. will be published. b) Elk River Star News - additional newspaper in which the City may publish notices, vacancies and advertisements as necessary. 2) That the Acting Mayor, Council standing committees, Public Safety.
