Permitted signs for PersOnal and ProfesSional SerVices, Retail Commercial, and Public Uses and Services in TC-1, 2, and 3 Districts: Wall-mounted or painted signs,-provided the following standards .are met: The sign shall be affixed to the front fagade of the building, and shall project outward from the wall to which it is attached no more than six inches. The area of the sideboard shall not exceed five percent of the ground floor building fagade area or 24 square feet, whichever is less. Co The height of the lettering, numbers, or graphics shall not exceed twelve inches.
