-274- <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 4410.3610 of Minnesota Rules allows for a local unit of <br />government to use an Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) environmental review <br />process instead of and EAW and EIS; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City desires to use the AUAR process to conduct the environmental. <br />review process for the Ramsey Town Center. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE CITY COUNCIl, OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the City hereby orders that an AUAR as regulated by Chapter 4410.3610 of Minnesota <br />Rules be conducted in relation to the Ramsey Town Center development in an area that is <br />designated on Attachment A. <br /> <br />2.
