SECTION 2. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT <br /> <br />The following Sections/subsections are amended as Provided' below: <br /> <br />2.03.01 "Establishment," <br />2.03.02 "Appointment of Members, Terms of Office and Removal" <br />2.03.03 "Organization, Meetings, Etc." <br />2.03.06 "Duties, Responsibilities and Objectives" <br />2.04 "The Board of Building Appeals" <br /> <br /> 2.03.01 <br />amended by deletion <br />Building Appeals." <br /> <br /> Establishment. Subdivision l"Boards and Commissions is <br />of the terms "Economic Development Commission" and "Board of <br /> <br /> 2.03.02 Appointment of Members, Terms of Office and Removal is amended <br />by an amendment to Subdivision 1 and the addition of Subd. 7. as follows: <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1.
