I <br />! <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION RE:APPOINTING MICHAEL NIXT <br /> TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Nixt has served on the Planning Commission since January of <br />1999 and is eligible to serve a second term; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Nixt submitted a letter of interest in re-appointment on <br />November 7th, 2002. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA~ as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br /> Personnel' Committee to re-appoint Michael Nixt to the Planning Commission for <br /> a second term of 01/01/03-12/31-06. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted bY the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 14th day of January 2002. <br /> <br />-305- <br /> <br /> <br />
