-320- <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the folloWing resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # 03-01 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR FULL-TIME <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Christopher Anderson was hired as a full-time Community <br />Development Assistant for the City of Ramsey and began work on July 1st, 2002, subject <br />to a six-month probationary Period; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Christopher Anderson has successfully completed his probationary <br />period and his performance was documented by the Community Development Director; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at'/.ts January 14th; 2003 meeting agreed <br />'with the staff recommendation to end the probationary period for the full-time <br /> Community DevelOpment Assistant effective January 1, 2003. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, aS follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey cOnfirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for full-time Community <br />Development Assistant Christopher Anderson effective January 1 st, 2003. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resOlution was declared duly passed and' adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 14th day of January 2003. <br /> <br /> <br />
