EXHIBIT A <br />NOTICE OF CALL FOR REDEMPTION <br /> <br />GENERAL OBLIGATION TAX INCREMENT REFUNDiNG BONDS, SERIES 1993A <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by order of the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, there have been called for redemption and prepayment on <br /> <br />March 1, 2003 <br /> <br />those outstanding bonds of the City designated as General Obligation Tax Increment Refunding' <br />Bonds, Series 1993A, dated November 1, 1993 having stated maturity dates in the following <br />years, totaling $925,000 in principal amount and having CUSIP numbers listed below: <br /> <br />Year CUSIP Number* <br /> <br />2004 <br />2005 <br />2006 <br />2007 <br /> <br /> The bonds are being called at a price of par plus accrued interest to March 1, 2003, on <br />which date all interest on said bonds will cease to accrue.
