ORDINANCE ORDINANCE #03- CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE TO ADOPT 2003 BUILDING PERMIT, PLANNING AND FEES AND AMEND CITY CODE CHAPTER 8. ZONING i I I SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This Ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Chapter 3 (Council Procedures) and Minnesota Statutes 462.353, Sub& 4. SECTION 2. PURPOSE The purpose of this Ordinance is to: i i I -80- Adopt building construction, planning, zoning, subdivision and platting fees for 2003; and Amend Chapter 8 (Building Code) to require permits for reroofing. SECTION 3.
