Sewer and water are <br />currently inplace between Nowthen Blvd. and Sunfish Bird. <br /> <br />It ~s our understanding that our scope of services will include the following:. <br /> <br />Perform preliminary surveys to gather topographic information along the assumed corridor. <br />Model the performance cfa new water loop on the north end of the City. <br />Complete a feasibility report for extending sanitary sewer and watemmin along the assumed <br />comdor to the northwest. The utilities will be constructed at maximum size and at max/mum <br />depth. The report will include an antic/pared project schedule, cost estimates of the project <br />components (including easements), and estimated assessments. <br /> <br />Bolton &Menk proposes to perform the above-mentioned services.at an hourly rate not-to-exceed $8,500. <br />When author/zed, we are prepared to proceed according to a schedule that.meets the City's needs. <br /> <br />Please contact me if'you have any questions. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br />Bolton & Monk. inc. <br /> <br />David P.
