INTERVIEW QUESTIONS FOR PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION CANDIDATES <br /> February 6, 2003 <br />Name of Candidate: <br /> <br />Evaluated By:. <br /> <br />Below are four questions that will be asked of each candidate aPplying for the Parks and Recreation <br />Commission. Because of the number of candidates being interviewed, each interview is expected to <br />last 10 minutes maximum. Under each question is a point scale for you to rate the applicant's <br />response to the question (with 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest). The scoring sheets will be <br />collected and the point values totaled for each candidate. The interview panel may then review the <br />results and make their recommendation for appointment. <br /> <br />1) What motivated you to apply lbr this commission vacancy? <br /> <br />1 2 3 4 5 <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />What experiences have you had that might be relevant to the work of the commission? <br /> <br />1 2 3 4 5 <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />The Parks and Recreation Commission meets the second Thursday of each month at 6:00pm and <br />these meetings last about 2 hours. In addition there are special meetings to attend, agenda <br />packets to review, and issues to research.
