COUNCIL BUSINESS Case #A: Adopt Resolution Approving Plans and Specifications and Advertisement for Bid on Improvement Project #02-34, MnDOT Park and Ride Councilmember Zimmerman stated that his concern on the park and ride was that if it is built on the site as originally proposed it would have to be moved. He would prefer that it be constructed in a permanent location. City Administrator Norman replied that staff recently had that same discussion. Staff' is in the process of trying to discuss the issue with MnD©T. The action before 'the Council was to authorize plans and specifications. Mayor Gamec stated that at this time they would be just advertising for bids and approving the plans and specifications. Councilmember Zimmerman stated that he was comfortable with Proceeding if it was not site specific. Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to adOpt ResolUtion #03-01-005 Approving Plans and Specifications and Advertisement for Bid on Improvement Project #02-34, MnDOT Park and R/de. Case #1: 2003 Council Organization City Administrator Norman stated that each year the City is required to adopt the Council organization. Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Pearson, to adopt ResolUtion #03-01-006 for 2003 Council organization. Motion carried.
