Voting No: None, <br /> <br />Case #8: Settlement of Ebert Construction/SEH' Fire Station II Claims <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that in September 2002, the City Council approved an agreement <br />with Short Elliot Hendrickson ("SEH") architects of the Fire Station II project. The settlement <br />provided that the City would pay its outstanding bill with SEH in return for SEH indemnifying <br />the City from any further claims by Ebert Construction, the general contractor of the project. <br />SEH and Ebert have now agreed to settle Ebert's oUtstanding claim by SEH paying Ebert <br />$8,000.00 on behalf of the City. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #9: Report from Ramsey Town Center Task Force <br /> <br />Principal Planner Trudgeon stated that the Ramsey Town Center Task FOrce has been meeting <br />since March 21, 2002, to gather information about mixed-use, transit-orientated, pedestrian <br />friendly development. Specifically, the Task Force has been looking at hoTM a "tOwn center" <br />could be developed in Ramsey in the area known as Section 28 and bordered by Anoka County <br />Highways #116 (Industry Boulevard), #56 (Ramsey BOulevard), #83, (Armstrong Boulevard),· <br />and the Burlington Northern railroad.
