Representatives from the developer's team Will be at the Council <br />meeting to discuss the AUAR process more specifically and anSwer any questions that <br />Council may have: As part of the AUAR process, the City will need to hire a consulting <br />firm, at the developer's' cost, to review the teChniCal information provided by EOR. This <br />is important as ultimately the final document and mitigation plan that is produced is a <br />City document that we will. need to live by.and defendin the future. <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig inquired if the AUAR commits the citY to anYthing if the <br />developer uses the plan that was submitted for the AUAR. <br /> <br />Principal Planner Trudgeon explained that if the final plan is Changed dramatically the <br />AUAR would have to be redone. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kurak noted that the AUAR will be Paid for by the developer. <br /> <br />Principal Planner Trudgeon verified that. was. correct. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec inquired if the general concept plan was acceptable to the Council. <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig replied that the concept plan is very similar to what they approved <br />in the "bubble plan". <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to adopt ReSolution <br />#03-01-012 initiating the AUAR <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cook, Strommen, Elvig, Pearson, <br />None.
