City Code restricts home <br />occupations to 20% of the gross floor area of the home. The room in which the home occupation <br />will take place is a bedroom that is 144 square feet (12 x 12) in size, which equates to 5% (144 / <br />2,500) of the gross floor area. Janis will be the sole employee and 'she expects to service a <br />maximum of 4-6 clients per day. She would like to operate Monday - Thursday 10:00am - <br />8:00pm. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission held a public hearing and reviewed the home Occupation permit <br />request on February 6, 2003.
