-110- Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #03-02- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT TO ESTABLISH AN IN HOME HAIR SALON ON THE. PROPERTY LOCATED AT 16321 FERRET STREET NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT WHEREAS, the Ramsey City CounCil adopted Resolution #03-02- adopting Findings of Fact #__ for this use and herein approves the Home Occupation Permit. NOW THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On February 18, 2003 a Home OccupatiOn Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Janis Day ("Permit Holder") for a home occupation to establish a one chair hair salon in the dwelling on the property generally known as 16321 Ferret Street and legallY described as follows: Lot 17, Block 4, Oakridge Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota ("Subject Property:"). This permit is issued Pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.11.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: That this resolution shall allow for the establishment and operation of a one-chai~: hair salon on the Subject Property. Should the Permittee die or move to a new location, the Permit shall be automatically terminated, except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or child, residing at the same address, desire to continue the home occupation, written notice to that effeet shalI be given to the City Administrator and the City Council may authorize continuation of the Permit without further hearing. " The area devoted to the home occupatign shall not exceed tWenty percent (20%) of the total floor area of the private dwelling. Adequate Water supply to the Subject Property shall be the responsibility of the Permit. Holder.
