City Code restricts the building heighl: to 35 feet. Ttxe plans show that the height of the structures Will be about 28 feet in height. The .units meet the requirement of the ordinance. Off-Street Parkin~· Requirements: The off-street parking requirements only apply to the 36 cottages. Under code, a minimum of 72 off-street parking stalls (2 parking stalls per unit)~ All of the proposed townhouse units will have a two stall garage.
