-192- PROPOSED ORDINANCE ORDINANCE #03- CITy Or RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS 'KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDMSION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. SECTION 1. AMENDMENT The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from R-1 Single Family Residential. to PUD Planned Unit Development. That part of Government Lot 3 in Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying northerly of the plats of Chestnut Hill 4t~ Addition and Chestnut Hill 5~ Addition, and southerly of~he plat of Sunfish Lake Estates. And that part of Government Lot 2 in section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying southerly and southeasterly of the following described line: Beginning at the point of intersection of the east 'line of said Government Lot 2 with the center'line of Sunwood Drive NW per Document No.. 1226775, as recorded at the Anoka County Recorder's Office; thence westerly along said center line to the intersection with the easterly extension of the north line of .Sunfish Lake Estates, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota; thence westerly along said northerly line extended to the most easterly coruer of said Sunfish Lake Estates; thence southwesterly along the easterly line of said Sunfish Lake Estates to the south line of said Government Lot 2 and there terminating. · SECTION 2. MAp The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map," which map was adopted pursuant to SeCtion 9.20.04 of the City Code.
