Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #03-02- RESOLUTION DENYING THE FINAL PLAT OF VILLAS OF' MEADOW POINTE TOWNFIOMES, BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # , AND DECLARING TERMS OF THE SAME. WHEREAS, Allstate Development, L.L.C. hereinafter referred to'as "Developer", has applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Lutz Ramsey Acres, Anoka County, Minnesota and that part of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, lying northerlY of 153 Avenue NW and lying easterly of the easterly.. right of way line of Anoka County Right of Way Plat No.1. . and That part of the SoUthwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of' Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, described as folloWs: . Commencing at the Northeast comer of said Southwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter; thence South on the East line thereof 510 feet; thence West and parallel with the North line thereof 347 feet to the Center of Town Road; thence North 20 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East on said center line 544 feetto the North line thereof; thence East on said North line of Southwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter 165.20 feet to place of commencement. and That part of the north half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25 lying 280 feet easterly of easterly right of way line of County Road of centerline of 1'53 Avenue NW except road, subject No. 57 & lying northerly ~a to easement of record. (the "Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, on February 25, 2003, the Rarnsey City Council adopted Findings of Fact # relating to the Final Plat of Villas of Meadow Pointe Townhomes. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIFF. CITY COUNCIL OF TI:[E CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That based on Findings of Fact # denied. the final plat of Villas of Meadow Pointe is hereby The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember ..... , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: -231-
