Abutting the proposed North Star commuter rail it will be a hub for employment, · - <br />commercial, residential and civic' uses. With sidewalks throughout, tree-lined streets, bike paths, rear <br />alley and side yard access will be created, with a pedestrian and bicycle friendly environment benefiting <br />the residents of the proposed 2000 units of life-cycle housing.
