-266- Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION # 03-01 RESOLUTION' ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR FULL-TIME RECORDS MANAGEMENT CLERK WHEREAS, Amy Dietl was hired as a full-time Records Management Clerk for the City of Ramsey and began work on August 19, 2002, subject to a six-month probationary period; and WHEREAS, Amy Dietl has successfully completed her prObationary period and her performance was documented by the Assistant City Administrator; and WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its February 25' 2003 meeting agreed with the staff recommendation to end the probationary period for the full-time Records Management Clerk effective February 19, 2003. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to end the prObationary period for full-time Records Management Clerk Amy Dietl effective February 19, 2003. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 25a~ day of February 2003.
