I il I I I I I I I I I I ii I I I I I I Councilmember Kurak introduced the following resolution.and moved for its adoPtion: RESOLUTION #03-01-011 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #0641 TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM B-1 BUSINESS TO R-2 MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL WHEREAS, on August 22, 2002, the City received an apPlication to rezone certain property in accordance with Section 9.03.03 of the Ramsey City Code. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BYTHE cITy COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA.COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1. That Turtle Moon, Inc., hereinafter referred, to as "Applicant,'' has properly applied to rezone certain property from B-1 Business to R-2 Medium Density ReSidential. o That the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing pursuant to'Section 9.03.03' of the City Code on October 3, 2002, and said' public hearing was properly advertised, and the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated by reference. That the City Council met on November 12, 2002 and tabled action on the rez0ning request due to the request for further information related to the proposed preliminary plat for Rivenwick 3rd Addition.
