He stated the ditch is a <br />little north of this property and the outlet would go tot. he north. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt stated the fees would be Used in the future to improve this property. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt noted that a variance has already been granted on this property. He stated he <br />understands the applicant's frustration but he would not consider relief of the fee under these <br />circumstances. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Johnson, seconded by Commissioner Reeve, to approve the sketch <br />plan contingent on Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated November 1, 2002 and <br />recommend that the developer proceed to the final plat stage. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Commissioner Reeve asked if any comment had been received from Anoka <br />County. Community Development Intern Geisler indicated none had been received. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Johnson, Reeve, Brauer, <br />Kociscak, and Watson. Voting No: None.
