I i I I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoPtion: RESOLUTION #03-03- RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF SANDY ACRES WHEREASi Michael and Sandra Schelkoph, hereafter referred to as "Developer", have properly applied for plat approval On the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: The South Half of the South Half of the South half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka .County, Minnesota, · EXCEPT Parcel 25, ANOKA COUNTY HIGHWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY PLAT No. 16, accroding to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. Or upon recording: ~ Lots 1, 2, Block 1, Sandy Acres, Anoka County, Minnesota. (the "Subject Property"); and " WHEREAS, on August 29, 2002 the Board of Adjustment granted a variance to the minimum lot size requirement of 2.5 acres and the 4 units per 40 acres density requirement; and WHEREAS, on October 10, 2002 the City received an application and sketch, plan from Michael Schelkoph for Sandy Acres; and . WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on November 7; 2002 granted Sketch plan approval for the plat; and WHEREAS, on February 21, 2003 the City received an application and final plat from Michael Schelkoph for Sandy Acres. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By THE CITY coUNcIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: - 1) That the Ra.msey City Council hereby grants-fina1 Plat approval to-Sandy Acres 'in accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent Upon Developer entering'into, a development agreement with. the City and compliance with City Staff review letter dated March 6, 2003. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was dUly seconded by. Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: -167-
