I <br /> <br />i <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoPtion: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-03- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF SANDY ACRES <br /> <br /> WHEREASi Michael and Sandra Schelkoph, hereafter referred to as "Developer", have <br />properly applied for plat approval On the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br /> <br />The South Half of the South Half of the South half of the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka .County, Minnesota, <br />· EXCEPT Parcel 25, ANOKA COUNTY HIGHWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY PLAT No. 16, <br />accroding to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> Or upon recording: ~ <br /> <br />Lots 1, 2, Block 1, Sandy Acres, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> (the "Subject Property"); and " <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 29, 2002 the Board of Adjustment granted a variance to the <br />minimum lot size requirement of 2.5 acres and the 4 units per 40 acres density requirement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 10, 2002 the City received an application and sketch, plan from <br />Michael Schelkoph for Sandy Acres; and . <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on November 7; 2002 granted Sketch plan <br />approval for the plat; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 21, 2003 the City received an application and final plat from <br />Michael Schelkoph for Sandy Acres. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By THE CITY coUNcIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: - <br /> <br />1) That the Ra.msey City Council hereby grants-fina1 Plat approval to-Sandy Acres 'in <br /> accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent Upon Developer entering'into, a <br /> development agreement with. the City and compliance with City Staff review letter dated <br /> March 6, 2003. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was dUly seconded by.
