He stated that something has to be done~ Case #8: Report from the Personnel Committee The Personnel Committee met on November 26, 2002, to discuss the following cases: I) Request to End Probation for Full-Time Public Works Maintenance Worker Todd Marlette The Personnel Committee recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution #02-11- 301 ending the probationary period for Full-Time Public Works Maintenance Worker Todd Marlette effective November 15, 2002. 2) 3) Authorize Promotion of Police Corporal Bradley Paplham to the Position of Police Sergeant The Personnel Committee recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution #02-11- 302 authorizing the promotion of Police CorpOral Bradley Paplham to the position of full- time Police Sergeant. Authorize Internal Recruitment of a Police First Sergeant The Personnel Committee recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution #02-11- 303 authorizing the promotiOn of Sergeant Tim Dwyer to the position of. Police First Sergeant: 4) Authorize Internal Recruitment for the Position of Police Corporal The Personnel Committee recommended that the City Council adopt ResolUtion #02-11- 304 authorizing the internal recruitment of a full-time Police Corporal position.
