<br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-06~_ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF A 165-FOOT <br />TELECOMMUNICATIONS TOWER ON THE ALPINE PARK PROPERTY AND <br />DECL~GTERMSOFSAME <br /> <br />WHEREAS, T-Mobile Central, LLC has properly applied for a conditional use permit to <br />construct and operate a 165-foot communications tower on a 60 foot by 40 foot section (Site) of <br />the property generally known as Alpine Park located at 6600 Alpine Drive and legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on June 7, 2007, conducted the public <br />hearing and recommended City Council <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Parks Commission met on <br />the City Council <br /> <br />, and recommended that <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact # , a conditional use permit for a 165 foot monopole <br />tower and related equipment building is hereby granted to T-Mobile Central, LLC <br />("Permittee"). <br /> <br />2. This permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the terms imposed herein are complied <br />with. <br /> <br />3. The development of the Site shall be in accordance with the approved site plan and <br />landscaping plan, revisions dated prepared by T-Mobile. <br /> <br />4. The applicant will adhere to all lease provisions determined in the Lease Agreement. <br /> <br />5. The opaque board security fence shall be installed and maintained in accordance with the <br />approved site plan to prevent unauthorized entry to the tower. <br /> <br />6. The applicant will construct a 10-foot-wide, Class 5 extension from Alpine and 153rd <br />Court to access the property. <br /> <br />7. The tower will not exceed 165 feet in height. <br /> <br />8. The tower will not be illuminated by artificial means and shall not display strobe lights. <br /> <br />9. No signs will be posted on the tower, equipment building or fencing except applicable <br />warning or equipment information signs. <br /> <br />16 <br />
