<br />Councilmember Zimmerman introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-04-067 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0489 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO <br />EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF ACCESSORY BUILDING SPACE AND THE <br />SINGLE BUILDING SIZE RESTRICTION ON A PARCEL OF LAND <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 99-04-066 adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0489 for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to the <br />following conditions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On April 27, 1999, a Conditional Use Permit (" CUP ") was issued by the City of Ramsey (" City") <br />to Jeffrey Sigler ("Permittee") for an overage in total accessory building space and the single <br />building size restriction on the property generally known as 17151 Baugh Street N.W. and legally <br />described. as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 32, <br />Range 25, lying southwesterly of the Southwesterly Right-of-Way Line of Anoka County <br />Right-of-Way Plat No. 33 aild lying southerly of the Southerly Line of the North Half of <br />said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Anoka County, Minnesota; except road; <br />subject to easement of record. <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code, The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. That this resolution shall allow for the construction of a 5,100 square foot indoor riding <br />arena ("Structure') on the Subject Property.
