<br />Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-06- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDING OF FACT #_ RELATING TO A REQUEST ' <br />FROM JEFFREY SIGLER FOR AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT FOR AN OVERAGE OF THE TOTAL ACCESSORY BUILDING SQUARE <br />FOOTAGE PERMITTED ON A PROPERTY. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received an application from Jeffrey Sigler on May 6, <br />2007 for an amended conditional use permit to exceed the total amount of accessory structure <br />splice permitted on the property generally known as 17151 Baugh Street N. W. and legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section: 7, Tovvnship 32, <br />Range 25, lying southwesterly of the Southwesterly Right-of-Way Line of Anoka County <br />Right-of-Way Plat No. 33 and lying southerly of the Southerly Line of the North Half of <br />said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Anoka County, Minnesota; except road; <br />subject to easement of record. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA that the fIndings of fact relating <br />to the request are determined to he as follows: <br /> <br />1. That on May 6, 2007, Jeffrey Sigler, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", properly <br />applied for a conditional use permit to amend the existing approved conditional use <br />permit to increase the overage of accessory structure square footage from 2,140 to 11,980 <br />square feet to allow construction of a 9,840 square foot accessory structure, <br /> <br />2. That the Applicant appeared before the Ramsey Planning Commission for a public hearing <br />pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the City Code on June 7, 2007 and that said public hearing <br />was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby <br />incorporated as a part of these fmdings by reference. <br /> <br />3. That the Subject Property and surroimding parcels are zoned R-l Rural Developing, <br /> <br />4. That the Subject Property is approximately 10 acres in size. <br /> <br />5. That Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code states that on parcels ofland 9.5 acres and <br />larger, the total square footage of the main garage and all accessory buildings shall not <br />exceed 5,300 square feet. <br /> <br />46 <br />
