<br />8. That the Applicant wishes to construct an additional 1200-square foot accessory building to <br />be used for storage of equipment used by the kennel operation and the annual Game Fair. <br /> <br />9. That the proposed building will br;ng the total of accessory buildings on the property to 10, <br />for a total square footage of 13,768 square feet. <br /> <br />10. That City Code allows 12,000 square feet of accessory buildings per 40 acre parc~l for <br />residential uses. <br /> <br />11, That the Subject Property is approximately 80 acres in size. <br /> <br />12. That the additional storage building will/will not be unduly dangerous or detrimental to <br />persons residing or working in the vicinity of the use, or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />13. That the additional storage building wilVwil,l not substantially adversely impair the use, <br />enjoyment or market value of any of the surrounding properties. <br /> <br />14. That the additional storage building wilVwill not be maintained so as to be harmonious and <br />appropriate in appearance with the existing or intended character of the general vicinity and <br />wilVwill not change the essential character of the area. <br /> <br />15. That the additional storage building wilVwill not be hazardous to existing or future <br />neighboring uses. <br /> <br />16. That the additional storage building wilVwill not be disturbing to existing or future <br />neighboring uses. <br /> <br />17. That the additional storage building wilVwill not impact essential public facilities and <br />services, such as highways, streets, police and fIre protection. <br /> <br />18. That the additional storage building wilVwill not create excessive additional requirements <br />at public cost for public facilities and services and wilVwill not be detrimental to the <br />economic welfare of the community. <br /> <br />19. That the proposed use wilVwill not involve uses, activities and equipment that will be <br />detrimental to any persons, property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive <br />production of traffic, noise, smoke, fumes, glare or odors. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing findings of fact was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-_-_ <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />57 <br />
