<br />9. That the Applicant has stated that the request for variance is the minimum amount needed to <br />minimize the proximity of the compound to the park uses/soccer fields. <br /> <br />10. That the City fmds it in its best interest to locate the tower as far to the south as possible. <br /> <br />11. That if granted, the variance will/will not permit a use that is prohibited in the Public-Quasi <br />Public zoning district. <br /> <br />12. That if granted, the variance will/will not impair an adequate supply of light and air to <br />adjacent property. <br /> <br />13. That if granted, the variance will/will not endanger the public safety. <br /> <br />14. That if granted, the variance will/will not unreasonably diminish property values in the <br />neighborhood. <br /> <br />15. That if granted, the variance will/will not violate the intent of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />16. That, if granted, the variance will/will not grant the Applicant any special privileges that are <br />denied to other owners of land in the same district. <br /> <br />17. That undue hardship will/will not result if the variance request is denied due to the existence <br />of special conditions and circumstances which are peculiar to the land and which are not <br />applicable to other lands in the same district. <br /> <br />18.
