<br />Commissioner <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-06- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, PSD, LLC, and Anoka County, hereinafter referred to as "Applicants," have <br />properly applied for a variance from Section 9,20.25(3)(b) regarding maximUm front yard <br />setback from street right-of-way in the TC-3 Sub-District of the Town Center District, on the <br />property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Outlot GG, Ramsey Town Center Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />or upon recording: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Ramsey Town Center 13th Addition, according to the recorded plat <br />thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on June 7, 2007, conducted the public hearing <br />and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from the maximum front yard <br />setback from street right-of-way as part of the development of the Subject Property. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> <br />1. Based on Resolution #07-06-_ adopting Findings of Fact #0_, a variance to the <br />maximum. front yard setback from street right-of-way, as established in Section <br />9.20.25(3)(b) of the Ramsey City Code, is approved for the development of the Anoka <br />County Medical Examiner Facility on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />2. That the development of the Subject Property is herein approved with a maximum front <br />yard setback of fifty-three (53) feet, <br />3. That the placement of the building and entrance canopy shall be in accordance with the <br />approved Site Plan prepared by URS and dated <br />4. That the landscaping and fencing shall be installed in accordance with the approved <br />Landscape Plan prepared by URS and dated <br />5. The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in processing the variance <br />request. <br /> <br />20 <br />
