Absent: Board Members Brauer and Nixt. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS/BOARD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Request for a Variance from Rear Yard Setback Standard for <br />Telecommunications Tower in Alpine Park; Case of T -Mobile USA <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik stated T -Mobile has submitted a <br />variance application to construct a telecommunications tower with reduced rear yard setbacks in <br />Alpine Park. There are some engineering issues to be worked out, and the applicant has <br />requested to table the case until the month of June, Staff recommends continuing the public <br />hearing to June and tabling action on the variance. <br /> <br />Motion by Board MemberLevine, seconded by Board Member Trites Rolle, to table the request <br />for a variance from rear yard setback standard for telecommunications tower in Alpine Park until <br />such a date that the conditional use permit is reexamined; Case ofT-Mobile USA. <br /> <br />Motion Carried.
