I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLTUION #03-03-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND <br /> ADERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR PHASE II OF IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #99-67, <br /> MISSISSIPPI RIVER STORMWATER SUBDRAINAGE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, bids were taken for the project on September 6, 2000 and the improvements <br /> for Phase I were constructed in 200i; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City desires to now construct Phase II, and; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a period of nearly three years would have elapsed since the time bids were <br />received, and the construction work under these unit prices would be conducted, and; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the improvement have been prepared for a two <br />Phase implementation of the above project. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That minor revisions to the bidding documents be prepared. <br /> <br />2) That said revised contract documents are hereby approved. <br /> <br />3) That the publishing of the advertisement for bids is hereby approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />-153- <br /> <br /> <br />
