AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated drainage and utility easements are hereby vacated, tO-wit: <br /> <br /> The utility and drainage easements over, under and across Lots 1, 2, 3, WILDLIFE <br /> SANCTUARY ADDITION as dedicated in the recorded plat thereof situated in Anoka <br /> County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
