-78- <br /> <br />The landscaping plan is acceptable provided three additional trees of an approved species are <br />planted along Sunwood Drive. <br /> <br />The facility will be served by City sewer and water services. The development of this property <br />will require construction of a lift station within the Sunfish Lake Business Park. City Staff <br />ordered plans and specifications for the lift station upon receiving the site plan application for the <br />development of Panther Precision. The construction and timing of when the'lift station becomes <br />operational will need to be a coordinated effort between the developer and the City. <br /> <br />The development is subject to the review and permitting process of the Lower Rum River <br />Watershed Management Organization.
