<br />CASE # <br /> <br />CONSIDER POND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR HOLIDAY STATION <br />STORE <br />By: Leonard Linton, Civil Engineer II <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Holiday Station Stores has received final plat approval to construct a new store in the <br />southeast comer of Highway 10 and Ramsey Boulevard. They are installing an <br />underground storage tank for stormwater rate control. One of the conditions in the staff <br />review letter was a maintenance agreement for this underground structure. The <br />maintenance agreementis styled after the document for Ramsey Town Center 3rd <br />addition. The agreement includes the provision that Holiday inspect the structure <br />annually and clean it if the sediment depth exceeds 12 inches. <br /> <br />Funding Source: <br /> <br />The maintenance agreement states Holiday Station Stores shall clean the tank when <br />needed. The City would only undertake the cleaning work if the maintenance is not done <br />within 12 months of the inspection revealing the need for cleaning.
