EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING ON MODIFICATIONS <br /> TO THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING (TIF) PLANS <br /> FOR <br /> TAX INCREMENT FINANCING (REDEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT NO. 1 <br /> TAX INCREMENT FINANCING (REDEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT NO. 2 <br /> TAX INCREMENT FINANCING (REDEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT NO. 4 <br />TAX INCREMENT FINANCING (ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT NO. 6 <br />TAX INCREMENT FINANCING (REDEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT NO. 8 <br /> <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council (the "Council") of the city of Ramsey, An~oka <br />County Minnesota, will hold a hearing on Tuesday, June 24, 2003, at 7:00 o'clock p.m., at Fire Station No. 1, <br />located at 15050 Armstrong Blvd NW, Ramsey, MN 55303, to consider the modifications to Tax Increment <br />Financing (Redevelopment) District No. 1, Tax Increment Financing (redevelopment) District No. 2, Tax <br />Increment Financing (Redevelopment) District No. 4, Tax Increment Financing (Economic Development) <br />District No. 6 and Tax Increment Financing (Redevelopment) District No. 8 (the "TIF Districts") and the <br />adoption of the modified Tax Increment Financing Plans relating thereto, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br />Section 469.174 tl'u:ough 469.179 all inclusive as amended.
