Under the development agreement between the City and Sunfish Properties, item I 9 <br />requires you as owner of Lot 1 to be responsible for the cost of extending the sanitary sewer to <br />your west property line at such time as the access road is constructed. While the sewer and water <br />extension project does not require the construction of an access road, it is the City's opinion that <br />you should be responsible for this estimated $13,228 cost, as the sewer is now required to be <br />extended westward. I am attaching a copy of the feasibility study for this proposed project to <br />this letter. <br /> <br />Should you feel that this is not legally your responsibility under the terms of the development <br />agreement (a copy of which is included as appendix B of the Feasibility Study), then be advised <br />that your property would be added to the preliminary assessment list for this project, with a <br />proposed assessment in the amount of $13,228. <br /> <br />I would be happy to meet with you to discuss this prior to the May 13th public hearing. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Steven J.
