A development ~oup, Ramsey Town Center, LLC has been <br />formed to: deyelop approx~imately~369.5 acres as a mixed-use, pedestrian-friendly, transit-oriented <br />development':;known as tha:'iR~amsey Town Center. He noted there are representatives from <br />Ramsey Towr~:Center, LLC'here to go over the layout. He advised they are doing an AUAR for <br />the area, in pla6e of an EIS, but with guidelines that are as strict. He indicated the AUAR was <br />released April 8;~ and is out for the comment period. A copy is available at the Rum River <br />.. Library. He ad~vlsed the comment period will be done in mid-May.
