Norman Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik Principal Planner Patrick Trudgeon Associate Planner Megan Wald Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler Principal City Engineer Brian Olson City Engineer Steve Jankowski Parks/Utilities Supervisor Mark Boos Police Chief James Way City Attorney William Goodrich CALL TO ORDER at the Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at' 7:05 p.m. and called upon Councilmember Cook to lead in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. PRESENTATION: Minnesota Shade Tree Advisory Committee 2002 Special Merit Award Rescheduled to May 13, 2003. cITIZEN INPUT Lyrme Jevnager, 15530 Nutria Street NW, Ramsey, stated that she has neighbors that ride dirt bikes from 1:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. She explained that she did contact the Police Department and they did respond, but her neighbors began riding their dirt bikes again as soon as they left.
