-308- <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br /> introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE <br />EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUND FOR THE PURCHASE OF COMPUTERS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City staff has identified the need to upgrade additional desktop <br />computers; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, funds are available from the Equipment Replacement Fund for this <br />purpose; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, with this purchase of additional desktop computers, staff can <br />provide for a more consistent annual replacement schedule and ensure adequate computer <br />performance for staff. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey authorizes the transfer of up to <br />$15,000 from the Equipment Replacement Fund for the purchase of new <br />computers. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereofi <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 13~h day of May 2003. <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
