JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT <br /> FOR TH 10 A ~AR <br /> <br />This agreement is made and entered into <br />County of Anoka, a political subdivision <br />Minnesota 55303, hereinafter referred <br />Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, <br /> <br /> 03 by and between the <br /> '.100 Third Avenue, Anoka, <br /> City of Ramsey, 15153 <br />referred to as "Ramsey". <br /> <br />  SSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the,l ent desire to jointly cause an Alternative Urban Area <br />Review (AUAP,0 for~ss ~~ent and official mapping for a portion of Trunk Highway <br />lO;and ~,,x~~ <br />WHEREAS, the ~ee that it is in their best interest that the cost of said project be shared; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said work will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Minn. State. <br />§471.59; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually stipulated and agreed: <br /> <br />I. PURPOSE: <br /> <br />The County and Ramsey have joined together for the purpose of causing an AUAR for that part <br />of TH 10 in the City of Ramsey. (See Exhibit A) <br /> <br />II. METHOD: <br /> <br />Ramsey shall coordinate the consultant agreement for said AUAR. The County shall each have a <br />representative on the project team. <br /> <br />III. COSTS: <br /> <br /> A. The contract cost of the work shall constitute the actual costs and shall be so referred to <br /> herein. "Estimated costs" are good faith projections of the costs, which will be incurred <br /> for this project. The estimated cost is $40,000. <br /> <br /> B. The County shall pay up to $25,000 of the actual costs. <br /> <br /> C. Ramsey shall pay up to $25,000 of the actual costs. <br /> <br /> <br />
