-30- <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski replied yes. <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig inquired as to what drainage issues were remaining to be addressed. <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski explained that the current plan identifies a water main profile that <br />would have some conflict with the storm sewer when they bring the leads across so staff was <br />recommending that they drop it one to two feet lower; this is a minor change. <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig stated that there are a fair amount of fees that have not yet been satisfied <br />and inquired if the developer was comfortable with abiding with the fees. <br /> <br />Principal Planner Trudgeon replied that the developer has seen the numbers included in the <br />development agreement. <br /> <br />Todd Berstad, Todd Allen Homes, stated that in general they are in agreement with the fees; they <br />just have to remTange some portions. <br /> <br />Councilmember Pearson inquired if staff feels that all of the storm water issues have been <br />addressed. <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski replied yes, in terms of the easement. <br /> <br />Councilmember Strommen inquired if the red and white oaks that are going to be relocated on <br />the property will be covered under the guarantee. <br /> <br />Principal Planner Trudgeon replied that only the new trees would be covered under the guarantee. <br /> <br />Councilmember Strommen expressed concern because some of those existing trees will be <br />satisfying some of the tree requirements for the development. <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig inquired if it was possible to require that those trees be guaranteed. <br /> <br />Principal Planner Trudgeon replied that staff would be comfortable with that requirement, but <br />they could not be replaced with similar trees. <br /> <br />Councihnember Zimmerman inquired as to how many lots are below 10,000 square feet. <br /> <br />Principal Planner Trudgeon replied that all the single-family lots will be below 10,800 square <br />feet. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Pearson, to adopt Resolution <br />#03-04-095 granting final plat approval to Village of Sunfish Lake Subdivision, contingent upon: <br /> 1) City staff review letter dated April 18, 2003 <br /> 2) Rezoning of the parcel to Planned Unit Development <br /> <br />City Council/April 22, 2003 <br /> Page 8 of 21 <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
