I <br /> <br /> I <br />'1 <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #03-05-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #03-02 (SEALCOAT AND <br />CRACK FILL NORTH FORTY 3m) ADDITION) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #03-02-037 on.February 11, <br />2003, fixing a date for a Council public hearing on the proposed improvement to sealcoat and <br />crack fill North Forty 3rd Addition (Improvement Project #03-02) and; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice o~' the hearing was <br />given, and the hearing was held on March 11, 2003, at which time all persons desiring to be <br />heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed on February 11, 2003. <br /> <br />2) City Engineer Steve Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br /> improvement.
