Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-05-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #03-05 (SEALCOAT <br />AND CRACK FILL MSA STREETS (RIVERDALE FROM FELDSPAR TO <br />TUNGSTEN (TUNGSTEN FROM HIGHWAY 10 TO RIVLYN) (SUNFISH LAKE <br />DRIVE FROM HIGHWAY 10 TO RIVERDALE) (FELDSPAR FROM HIGHWAY 10 <br />TO RIVERDALE) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted' Resolution #03-02-040 on February 11, 2003, <br />fixing a date for a Council public hearing on the proposed improvement to gealcoat and crack <br />fill MSA Streets) (Riverdale from Feldspar to Tungsten) (Tungsten from Highway 10 to <br />Rivlyn) (Sunfish Lake Drive from Highway 10 to Riverdale) (Fledspar from Highway 10 to <br />Riverdale) (Improvement Project #03-05) and; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing <br />was given, and the hearing was held on March 11, 2003, at which time all persons desiring to <br />be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed on February H, 2003. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />City Engineer <br />improvement. <br />improvement. <br /> <br />Steve Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br />He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 03-05-XXX <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />-123- <br /> <br /> <br />
