Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-05-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #03-06 (Overlay 156th <br />Avenue) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #03-02-041 on February 11, 2003, <br />fixing a date for a Council public hearing o n the proposed improvement to (.Overlay 1 56th <br />Avenue) (Improvement Project #03-06) and; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing <br />was given, and the hearing was held on March 11, 2003, at which time all p'ersons desiring to <br />be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) day's following the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed on February 11, 2003. <br /> <br />2) City Engineer Steve Jank0wski is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br /> improvement.
